Benevento – Domani, 25 marzo, alle ore 16,30, presso la sala conferenze di Palazzo Paolo V, si terrà la presentazione del libro “Cara Lucia” di Vincenzo Barresi (GrausEditore). Il libro narra la storia di Lucia e Tommaso, emigrati napoletani in America, e del loro vissuto fatto di speranze, sconfitte e successi. Una vicenda che, per immagini come in un film, è raccontata al lettore con i toni veraci e nostalgici di un addio. Una fetta di Napoli ed insieme uno stralcio d’America, quindi, attraverso gli occhi di italoamericani col cuore diviso: contemporaneamente volto al loro futuro negli usa e distrutto dalla nostalgia per Napoli. Un volume intimamente umano, dai toni letteralmente elevati perché veri, senza manierismi, che pare voglia suggerire al lettore che casa non è necessariamente un luogo fisico, ma il luogo del cuore.
L’autore, Vincenzo Barresi, è medico pediatra e musicista e da alcuni anni è stato preso dall’amore per la scrittura.
