Continua incessante l’attività dell’Arma volta a garantire il rispetto delle norme in tema di sicurezza degli alimenti e di trasparenza della filiera produttiva. I Carabinieri delle Stazioni Forestali di Lacedonia e Volturara Irpina, unitamente ai colleghi della Stazione di Aquilonia, nel corso di un controllo ad un frantoio hanno rinvenuto e sottoposto a sequestro cinque fusti in acciaio contenenti circa 250 litri di olio. Poiché i responsabili dell’opificio non erano in grado di fornire alcuna documentazione atta a dimostrare la provenienza dell’olio ovvero delle olive impiegate per la produzione, i militari operanti procedevano sia al sequestro, per la successiva confisca e distruzione, sia a contestare la sanzione di 1500 euro prevista per la violazione della normativa sulla rintracciabilità degli alimenti.
