Avellino – Sorpresi di notte con un machete: due romeni denunciati dai Carabinieri
I Carabinieri della Compagnia di Avellino hanno denunciato all’Autorità Giudiziaria due giovani di origini romene ritenuti responsabili del reato di “Porto abusivo di armi”.
Nel corso di un servizio notturno svolto nel capoluogo irpino, una pattuglia della Sezione Radiomobile, ha fermato un furgone con a bordo due giovani stranieri.
Insospettiti dall’inspiegabile nervosismo manifestato dai predetti, i Carabinieri hanno approfondito l’accertamento. Si tratta di un 20enne e un 33enne, entrambi di origini romene e residenti a Monteforte Irpino. E all’esito della perquisizione, gli operanti hanno rinvenuto e sottoposto a sequestro un machete, occultato all’interno del veicolo.
Per i due giovani è scattata la denuncia in stato di libertà alla Procura della Repubblica di Avellino per il reato di cui all’articolo 699 del Codice Penale.
