Le spacciavano per scarpe “Hogan”. Cinque persone arrestate e sequestrate circa 140 mila paia di scarpe. L’operazione è stata eseguita dai militari del Comando Provinciale della Guardia di Finanza di Roma, a seguito di un’ordinanza di arresti domiciliari, emessa dal Gip del Tribunale di Napoli nei confronti di cinque soggetti appartenenti ad un’associazione a delinquere finalizzata alla produzione, allo stoccaggio e alla commercializzazione di calzature contraffatte. Il gruppo era organizzato in forma imprenditoriale, dalla produzione al packaging, fino alla vendita. Nel corso delle indagini sono state sequestrati oltre 40 macchinari e attrezzature, circa 140.000 calzature e oltre 120.000 parti di scarpe ed etichette recanti il marchio illecitamente riprodotto, il tutto rinvenuto in 4 laboratori clandestini e 3 magazzini di stoccaggio. Merce che, posizionata sul mercato, avrebbe fruttato 2 milioni di euro.
