I Carabinieri della Stazione di Montemarano hanno denunciato alla competente Autorità Giudiziaria un 47enne di Mercogliano, ritenuto responsabili del reato di Ricettazione.
L’indagine svolta dai militari dell’Arma è scaturita dalla denuncia sporta dalla vittima che, per 900 euro, aveva acquistato un iPhone risultato inutilizzabile in quanto bloccato dalla Apple perché oggetto di furto.
All’esito di specifici accertamenti, i militari sono risaliti all’identità dell’uomo che avrebbe veduto quello smartphone di ultima generazione.
A suo carico è dunque scattato il deferimento in stato di libertà alla Procura della Repubblica di Avellino per il reato di cui all’articolo 648 del Codice Penale.
Si consiglia di diffidare sempre degli acquisti convenienti, trattandosi verosimilmente di una truffa o di prodotti rubati.
