Avellino. Lavoratore non assunto regolarmente: scatta la sanzione e la sospensione dell’attività
AVELLINO – LAVORATORE NON REGOLARMENTE ASSUNTO: SCATTA LA SANZIONE E LA SOSPENSIONE DELL’ATTIVITÀ IMPRENDITORIALE.
I Carabinieri del Nucleo Ispettorato del Lavoro di Avellino hanno proceduto ad ispezionare svariate attività, riscontrando che la maggior parte di esse rispettano le normative vigenti.
Tuttavia, all’esito di un controllo effettuato unitamente a personale dell’ASL e del Servizio Prevenzione Igiene Sicurezza Ambienti di Lavoro di Avellino, è stata segnalata alla competente Autorità Amministrativa un’attività del capoluogo irpino dove è stato riscontrata la presenza di un lavoratore non regolarmente assunto.
Alla luce delle evidenze emerse, oltre alla sanzione per lavoro irregolare, è scattata la sospensione dell’attività imprenditoriale.
Tali controlli proseguiranno anche nei prossimi giorni nell’intera provincia.
