Avellino – I Carabinieri della Stazione di Avellino hanno tratto in arresto un giovane ritenuto responsabile di Atti persecutori.
L’arresto è scattato in esecuzione di una misura cautelare in carcere emessa dal G.I.P. del Tribunale di Avellino.
I Carabinieri, attraverso uno scrupoloso lavoro di indagine portata avanti con doverosa sensibilità, hanno accertato che il 47enne, già noto alle Forze di Polizia, aveva in varie occasioni minacciato e procurato lesioni agli anziani genitori, costringendoli a consegnare denaro per l’acquisto di sostanze stupefacenti per uso personale.
Le evidenze raccolte tracciavano a carico dell’indagato un quadro gravemente indiziario che, riferito senza ritardo all’Autorità Giudiziaria, consentiva l’emissione del citato provvedimento.
Il 47enne, dopo le formalità di rito, è stato associato presso la Casa Circondariale di Bellizzi Irpino.
