Frigento (Av) – All’ufficio postale con banconote false: 50enne denunciato dai carabinieri
I Carabinieri di Frigento ai comandi del Maresciallo Di Mitri, e coordinati per l’occasione dal Maresciallo Lo Priore, hanno denunciato un 50enne, che tentava di spacciare 4 banconote false da 50 euro, presso l’Ufficio Postale di Frigento, dove operano oltre la direttrice altre due unità.
In seguito a segnalazione, i militi, la cui caserma si trova a meno di un chilometro dall’Ufficio di via Della Rinascita, sono intervenuti tempestivamente, ed hanno accertato che lo spacciatore, residente in un comune del Nord Italia, dopo aver prelevato dal proprio conto corrente quattro banconote da 50 euro, le sostituiva con altre quattro abilmente contraffatte, con le quali ha tentato di fare eseguire all’operatore di sportello un’operazione di ricarica sulla propria carta postpay.
Il “gioco di prestigio” del 50enne non è sfuggito all’occhio vigile dell’esperta operatrice che da molti anni opera con efficienza presso lo sportello locale. L’impiegata, infatti, ha subito avvertitole forze dell’ordine ed ha evitato il compiersi di una truffa.
L’uomo è stato denunciato in stato di libertà perché ritenuto responsabile del reato di cui all’art. 455 del Codice Penale (Spendita e introduzione nello Stato di monete falsificate).
