Lacedonia – Maltrattamenti di animali e Abusivismo edilizio: è quanto emerso a seguito di un controllo, effettuato dai Carabinieri della Stazione di Lacedonia, che ha portato al deferimento di un 35enne del luogo alla competente Autorità Giudiziaria.
Nello specifico i militari hanno accertato che all’interno di un fondo agricolo di circa 250 metri quadrati, ubicato in agro di Lacedonia, era stato realizzato un manufatto in muratura, in assenza di titoli autorizzativi, nonché due cucce ove il predetto deteneva, in spazi angusti, nove cani da caccia di varie razze ed età, legati con delle corte catene.
Alla luce delle evidenze emerse, a carico del 35enne è scattata la denuncia in stato di libertà alla Procura della Repubblica di Avellino.
Personale del Servizio Veterinario ASL di Avellino, dopo aver accertato le buone condizioni di salute degli animali, ha proceduto all’affidamento in temporanea custodia a persona del luogo.
